Leo James O’ Donnell, Chairman
Mr. O’ Donnell is Senior Vice President of Operations at SunTrust Mortgage, a subsidiary of SunTrust Banks, Inc. headquartered in Richmond Virginia. Prior to joining SunTrust, Mr. O’ Donnell served in a variety of roles with Booz Allen Hamilton, Capital One, and Deloitte Consulting. He also has served on active duty as an Engineer Officer in Germany, Ft. Bragg, and the Persian Gulf. Mr. O’ Donnell is a graduate of the US Army Ranger School and is a Senior Parachutist.
Mr. O’ Donnell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He lives in Richmond with his wife and four children.
L. Holmes Ginn IV, Founding Chairman
Mr. Ginn is a Senior Vice President for BB&T Capital Markets. Prior to joining BB&T, Mr. Ginn was a senior Aviator Instructor Pilot in the U.S. Army. He commanded a Blackhawk company during Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Ginn’s awards include the Bronze Star, Air Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and lives in Richmond with his wife Kim. Mr. Ginn’s son and his son’s wife are Army Captains. His daughter is in graduate school at the University of South Carolina and is married to an Army Captain.
Hilbert W. “Bret” Wilkinson III, CPA, Treasurer
Hilbert W. “Bret” Wilkinson III is a CPA with Harris, Hardy and Johnstone P.C., an accounting firm in Richmond, Virginia. He is a 1994 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and is a 2003 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Wilkinson is the Central Virginia Regional Director for the VMI Alumni Association and the former President of the VMI Club of Richmond. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He lives in Glen Allen with his wife and three children.
Jimmy Barrett is WRVA’s morning show host and Program Director and has won multiple Virginia Association of Broadcaster’s Awards for his morning radio show. Jimmy was a past Public Address announcer for the Detroit Tigers and University of Michigan Men’s Basketball and is currently the in stadium voice of the Richmond Flying Squirrels. Jimmy oversees WRVA’s annual fundraising efforts for the Richmond Fisher House including an annual spring time radiothon and his annual golf tournament. These efforts have been rewarded with the Fisher House Patriot Award. Jimmy lives in Glen Allen with his wife Elisabeth.
Tamara Singleton Broadnax, MS, RN
Ms. Broadnax is the Director of Telemedicine at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. Ms. Broadnax is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and Virginia Commonwealth University, and a veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. She has also completed active duty assignments in Germany, Colorado, New York, Alabama, and Saudi Arabia. Ms. Broadnax has held several clinical, administrative and managerial positions with McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center and with Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. She has also taught as an adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing. Ms. Broadnax has been married for more than 20 years. She and her husband are the parents of two teenage children.
James C. Cosby
Mr. Cosby is a partner with Vandeventer Black LLP, a law firm with offices in Virginia, North Carolina, California, and in Germany, where he serves as the managing partner of its Richmond office. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, and the University of Richmond School of Law. Mr. Cosby was commissioned a Reserve Officer in the U. S. Army, and has served in various assignments in the active reserve. Mr. Cosby has served on the Board of Directors of the University of Richmond Law School Association, and as an Adjunct Professor of Law. He has held leadership positions with the Bar Association of the City of Richmond, the John Marshall American Inn of Court, and the Greater Richmond Chamber. Mr. Cosby is a graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond.
Mr. Filas is Vice President of Fraud Prevention for Capital One Bank. Prior to joining Capital One Brian held various accounting, finance, and operations positions with AECOM, Markel, Dominion Resources, and Circuit City. Mr. Filas also served on active duty in the United States Coast Guard. During his service, he spent three winters breaking ice aboard the USCGC Morro Bay and completed his service in an administrative role at the Reserve Training Center in Yorktown, VA.
Mr. Filas received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. He lives in Richmond with his wife, a third-grade teacher in Henrico County, and his two sons.
Bingham C. Jamison, CFA
Mr. Jamison is the Founder and President of Qaim Wealth Advisors, LLC, a multi-family office located in Crozet, VA. He is also a Contributor for both Seeking Alpha and the Investing Section of Forbes. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and a Member of the Charlottesville Angel Network. Compelled to serve in the wake of 9/11, Mr. Jamison joined the Marine Corps as a Counterintelligence Officer. During two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he commanded Human Intelligence Exploitation Teams in-and-around the cities of Al Qaim and Fallujah. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Warrior Healing Campaign, a philanthropic organization dedicated to serving veterans and their families as they navigate the post-war recovery process.
Jeffrey L. Keister
Jeffrey L. Keister is a Vice President for Marketing at Dominion Energy. He is a graduate of Fairmont State University and has been in the energy industry for 36 years. He lives in Hanover County with his wife. He has two daughters and two grandsons.
Adam S. Lee
Adam S. Lee is Dominion Energy’s vice president and chief security officer.
He directs the development and implementation of corporate security strategy and policies which protect the company’s physical and cyber assets, valued at $100 billion and spanning 18 states. He is Dominion Energy’s security and intelligence liaison with the U.S. government and federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Lee joined the company in this role in 2018. In addition to his responsibilities as CSO, Lee serves as Dominion Energy’s executive leader over its Veteran Resource Group.
Before joining Dominion Energy, Lee served as Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Richmond Division. In 2018, he retired from the FBI after a career spanning 22 years in counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence, and cyber investigations and operations, in addition to specializing in cases involving corruption of elected and appointed officials, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and antitrust violations. Lee previously served as the FBI’s executive over its national Public Corruption Program, overseeing the FBI’s most sensitive criminal investigations involving elected and appointed officials across the spectrum of government.
Lee is a member of World 50, a private community for CEOs and C-level executives at globally respected companies to discover better ideas, share valuable experiences, and build relationships that make a lasting impact. Additionally, he is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Central Virginia Law Enforcement Executives Association, and the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association.
Lee is an attorney licensed in the State of California. Prior to his career in national and corporate security, he served as a Fellow in the California State Senate and Counsel to the California State Allocation Board. He is married to Melinda, and father of Finn, Abigail, and Virginia.
Jonathan Roy Price
Mr. Price is a Senior Vice President with Davenport & Company LLC, a regional brokerage firm, with offices in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Washington D.C. He is a graduate of Saint Leo University and a former Navy SEAL who served six years on active duty and one year in the active reserves before receiving an honorable discharge. Mr. Price is a past board member of Richmond Habitat for Humanity, where he chaired the Family Selection and Family Services committees, and he is a lifetime member of the UDT/SEAL Association. Mr. Price is married and has three children: a daughter who teaches school, and twin sons who both are on active military duty. One is a Second Lieutenant in the Marine Corps and the other, an Ensign in the Navy.
James A. Strickland, Ph.D.
Dr. Strickland is Vice President of Core Product Development for Altria Client Services and has served in a variety of roles since joining the company in 2009. Previously, Dr. Strickland was Vice President of Research and Development for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company in Nashville, TN and held other prior roles with ProfiGen Inc., and Dow AgroSciences.
Dr. Strickland received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Emory University in Atlanta. He and his wife, Charlene, have five children.
